Similarities
Infant Joy and Infant Sorrow are similar do to the author talking about a newborn who just came into the world. It also speaks about their reaction when they first came out. How one was happy and sweet, while one was loud and screaming. Though both do have differences, it does not mean that one of them is more superior to the other. This only shows that each one of the poems Is the missing piece that completes the other.
